About the Role

As a Hotel Public Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our public areas are spotless, inviting, and up to the high standards our guests expect. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and has at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Monitor and restock supplies in public areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Uphold the high cleanliness standards of Hyatt Place Houston / Downtown to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
