Your impact

• Create an energetic, inclusive classroom where diverse technicians thrive.
• Lead immersive labs that mirror real dealership conditions—electrical, powertrain, chassis, and more.
• Translate OEM service content into lessons, demos, and assessments that stick.
• Coach individuals to think critically, troubleshoot efficiently, and own results.
• Insist on best‑in‑class safety practices that meet/exceed Mercedes‑Benz standards.
• Collaborate with the OEM on updates; engage in periodic Train‑the‑Trainer sessions.
• Honor administrative processes, including the OEM Corporate Travel Policy; tackle other assigned duties.

Where you’ll teach

Mercedes‑Benz Learning & Performance Centers and other OEM locations, using state‑of‑the‑art audiovisual systems, OEM trainer platforms, and structured workshop exercises.

What you’ll do day‑to‑day

• Deliver prepared curricula with multimedia techniques and purposeful pacing.
• State crystal‑clear learning objectives and keep labs aligned to outcomes.
• Design or refine classroom‑ready materials—visuals, practical applications, and evaluations.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and time‑management savvy; adaptable and deadline‑focused.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Patience, empathy, and a coaching mindset.
• Professional judgment, problem‑solving, and flexible scheduling.
• Preferred: Mercedes‑Benz technician background or ASE Master and/or MB Master‑Certified.
