\tPOSITION OVERVIEW
\tA team-oriented role focused on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of the audiobook catalog while supporting content delivery to millions of listeners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
\tQueue Management
\tSupport production queue for internal/external audiobook providers
\tGather necessary elements for audiobook production
\tPrioritize workflow based on stakeholder input
\tTrack titles through production queue
\tTroubleshoot issues with various teams/external partners to ensure timely release
\tCatalog Maintenance
\tManage updates for existing products using content management systems and ONIX metadata
\tMake and track changes to product records post-publication
\tIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
\tAvid consumer of online media (audiobooks, podcasts, digital content)
\tHighly organized and detail-oriented
\tConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
\tThrives in fast-paced, high-energy environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\tB.A./B.S. or equivalent degree, preferably in humanities
\tMinimum 1 year professional proofreading/copyediting experience
\tMinimum 1 year editorial/operations experience in audiobook or podcast publishing
\tTechnical proficiency in:
\tWindows operating environment
\tMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
\tDatabase concepts and best practices
\tMulti-tasking and problem-solving
\tCross-functional team collaboration
\tAttention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
\tStrong research skills (SEO, social media, web-based tools)
\tAirtable
\tDemonstrated ability in:
\tExperience in audiobook, publishing, or digital media content operations
\tKnowledge of ONIX metadata standards
\tProject management and process improvement experience
\tUnderstanding of content ingestion workflows
\tThis Role will require 5 days onsite in Newark, NJ
