As a Server at N&J Café, you’ll be the face of the guest experience—providing attentive service, accurate orders, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

• Greet guests promptly and create a warm, welcoming dining experience

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide menu knowledge, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations

• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation

• Check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to requests or concerns

• Handle guest payments and transactions responsibly

• Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with table resets

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to ensure smooth service

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
