We specialize in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry, and we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. If you're organized, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
'05; Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
'05; Excellent customer service and communication skills
'05; Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
'05; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
'05; Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
'05; High school diploma or equivalent
Dental office experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in the dental field.

- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Check patients in and out of the office
- Help patients complete intake and medical forms
- Verify basic insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate referrals and assist with general front office duties
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience
