Laramie Auto Center is seeking an experienced, highly skilled A-Level Master Service Technician to join our growing service department. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who consistently performs at a high level, excels in diagnostics, and serves as a leader within the shop.

Position Summary

The A-Level Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. This individual possesses advanced technical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic abilities, and a proven track record of productivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional automotive technician experience GM preferred
• Master Technician certification and all required manufacturer training completed.
• Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of gasoline, diesel, electrical, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake systems.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal comebacks.
• Efficiently complete repairs while following manufacturer procedures.
• Demonstrate superior diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• GM Master Technician certification preferred.
• ASE Master Certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced diagnostics, electrical repair, diesel systems, and drivability concerns.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to advisors, managers, and customers when needed.
