Locations: Meridian, Nampa and Boise, Idaho
Now Hiring for ALL SHIFTS! Days • Evenings • Overnights • Weekends ( 8 - 10 - 12 hour shifts)

Assisting participants with daily hygiene and personal care.
  • Supporting meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Administering medications (after training, if applicable).
  • Taking participants into the community for shopping, appointments, recreation, and fun activities.
  • Encouraging independence while providing the support each person needs.
  • Helping participants achieve their personal goals and enjoy life to the fullest.

Requirements:


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred (not always required)
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to complete required state and agency training (e.g., medication administration, behavior support)
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if transporting individuals)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Skills & Competencies
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to teach and model daily living skills
  • Reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good observation and documentation skills
  • Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in challenging situations
Working Conditions
  • Work takes place in a residential home setting
  • May include evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • Regular interaction with individuals with varying levels of support needs
  • May involve exposure to behavioral or medical challenges
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals safely
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
