Key Responsibilities
•Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
•Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination
•Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws
•Partner with leadership on workforce and organizational needs
•Manage HR programs, documentation, and employee engagement
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of California employment practices
- Entertainment or media industry experience preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English
