Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate the daily activities of our nursing staff, including staffing levels, team assignments, and skill mix

  • Utilize scheduling software to plan and manage staff assignments, ensuring optimal coverage and minimal overtime

  • Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, reports, and records

  • Monitor and analyze staffing levels, overtime, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Develop and implement staffing plans and recommendations to meet changing patient needs and organizational goals

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members
