Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate the daily activities of our nursing staff, including staffing levels, team assignments, and skill mix
Utilize scheduling software to plan and manage staff assignments, ensuring optimal coverage and minimal overtime
Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, reports, and records
Monitor and analyze staffing levels, overtime, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and implement staffing plans and recommendations to meet changing patient needs and organizational goals
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members
