About the Role:


Join TARGET PEST CONTROL SERVICES LLC as an Office Assistant and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to support our team in delivering exceptional pest control services to our valued customers in Philadelphia, PA. The starting salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, with an increase every 6 months based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Office Manager and Management with daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Answer a high volume of phone calls to schedule and coordinate appointments for pest control services.
• Perform data entry with a high level of detail and proficiency.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems and handle document scanning.
• Monitor and track office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to clients.
• Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus.
• Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in the pest control industry is a plus but not required.
