Experienced Express Lane Tech

Bellingham Ford is looking for an experienced Express Lane Technician to join our growing service team. We are seeking a motivated, dependable technician who takes pride in quality work, works efficiently, and contributes positively to a fast-paced shop environment.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (electronic and video)
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Rotate and inspect tires
• Replace filters, wiper blades, and basic maintenance components
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
• Work closely with advisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous automotive lube technician experience required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
• Basic automotive tool set preferred
• Ford experience is a plus, but not required
