Lane Server

We are looking for Part-time experienced Servers to join us on the weekends as a lane servers.This is a fast-paced environment and with 32 lanes you will always be busy getting food ordersfor our guests refilling their beverages and anything else they may need while they enjoy theirtime bowling instead of waiting in a line. Qualifications%CF; Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings%CF; Guest service mentality: has a strong drive to serve the guests%CF; Independent and self-motivated%CF; Amazing communication skills and listening skills%CF; Help in making memorable and lasting impressions on guests%CF; Ability to process guests' orders, and also take payments%CB; Be there for the guest from start to finish%CF; Quick on their feet in a fast-paced Environment%CF; Cash handling experience%CF; Ability to legally sell beer in the state of Utah%CF; Valid Food Handlers permit%CF; Strong knowledge of the menu%CF; Prior Serving experience Responsibilities%CF; Ensure guest satisfaction on all 32 lanes and throughout the facility%CF; Taking orders, getting refills, delivering food, and cleaning up after guests.%CF; Proper beer serving protocols%CF; Opening and closing out all tickets including, sending orders to the kitchen and takingpayments%CF; Make every experience at our Facility fun and Exciting.%CF; Informing all guests of specials and promotions%CF; Repeat orders back to guests%CF; Ensure guests have all necessary supplies: Plates, napkins etc%CF; Work quickly and effectively%CF; Be able to work in a High noise level, High energy, and fast-paced environment
