What You'll Do

As the Culinary Manager & Lead Baker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the kitchen team to produce high-quality baked goods and pastries.
- Managing daily kitchen operations, including inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Developing and testing new recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

- At least 3 years of experience in a professional baking or culinary management role.
