High‑Reach Order Picker Replenishment Technician

Step into a day on our floor

You power up your high‑reach order picker, review the replenishment queue on your tablet, and head to overstock aisles. With precise part‑number verification, you select the right items, transport them to their handpick locations, and update inventory in real time. You rotate stock using FIFO so older items move to the front, spot and resolve discrepancies through cycle counts and investigations, and keep the area clean and organized. Throughout the shift, you follow safety protocols aligned with company policy and applicable federal and state regulations, support teammates, and share your know‑how to train others. Before clocking out, you tidy your zone and confirm that every required handpick location is replenished and ready for the next wave of orders.

What you will do

• Use a cherry/order picker to accurately pull part numbers from overstock locations
• Deliver parts to the correct handpick locations with absolute accuracy
• Record inventory movements on the spot so items are easy to find
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies as needed
• Organize and maintain warehouse stock; ensure correct replenishment to handpick bays
• Perform regular cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy
• Apply FIFO by positioning older stock at the front
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Follow department procedures and uphold professionalism at all times
• Comply with all safety protocols per department policy and federal/state regulations
• Carry out additional warehouse tasks as assigned

What you bring

• Minimum 1 year of cherry picker (order picker) experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy reading part numbers
• Eligibility to obtain MHE certification; able to safely operate multiple forklift types as needed
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience training other replenish clerks effectively
• Comfort using tablets and scanner systems for inventory processing
• Working knowledge of computer programs for accurate data entry
• Team‑oriented and self‑motivated with strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical demands and environment

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Work in hot or cold temperatures as needed
