QuickPro Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for multiple positions in Springfield, Ohio. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals ready to join a fast-paced production environment. Opportunities are available in packing, machine operation, press operation, robotic welding, and material handling.
Available Positions & Hours
- Packing:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Machine Operation & Press Operation:
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
3:30 PM – 2:00 AM - Robotic Welding:
4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2:30 PM – 1:00 AM - Material Handling:
(Shift times vary based on department needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform packing and inspection of finished products
- Assist with press operations and robotic welding processes
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet daily production and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
