As a Licensed Insurance Account Executive specializing in personal lines, you’ll be integral to our mission of delivering unparalleled service. This role includes a competitive salary of $45,000 to $65,000 per year, with additional earning potential through a 10% KPI bonus for meeting performance goals and an end-of-year bonus tied to 30% of the agency's top-line growth, shared with the team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Close sales and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
- Process policy changes and handle client requests.
- Overcome objections and win back former clients.
- Ensure high levels of client retention through exceptional service.
- Licensed in Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
