Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Recruiter to join our client's team. This is a contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting the company's hiring needs across various departments and functions. Your expertise in areas such as corporate recruiting, healthcare recruiting, technical recruiting, and scientist recruiting will be essential in helping us build a talented and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process and metrics

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with a proven track record of success in filling technical roles
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical/bio-tech or medical device or clinical or high tech industries and experience recruiting for a range of roles, including general business, healthcare, and technical positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60-$70 per hour as a 1099 independent contractor.
