Organize social, recreational, and therapeutic programs tailored to residents' interests.

Collaborate with staff and families to ensure a well-rounded program.
Maintain documentation and compliance with state regulations.
Experience in activity planning within a senior care, long-term care, or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and creativity to develop engaging programs.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to activities in long-term care.
Certification as an Activity Director required.
Full-time position with some evenings and weekends required for special events.
