Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants on the night shift
Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct patient assessments, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to address them
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff members
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication

Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Texas
