Alliance Workforce is hiring dependable Packers for opportunities in Tampa. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Responsibilities
• Pack finished products safely and accurately
• Inspect products for quality before packaging
• Label, sort, and organize packaged materials
• Prepare completed orders for shipping or the next production step
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications
• Previous packing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
