GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Crisis Services Operation Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all shifts, maintaining consistency in client care, staff coordination, and company standards. This role is critical in upholding the integrity of the program structure and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocol. This position ensures that services are provided to the clients served to meet the clinical needs of each recipient through direct and indirect interventions. This position assures that the vision, mission and purpose of SEIC is adhered to.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Works directly with clients in a crisis environment.
  2. Create and manage staff scheduled for their respective shifts.
  3. Handle call-outs and staffing adjustments to ensure a designated shift leader is present 7 days a week, review time cards.
  4. Communicate promptly with leadership regarding any coverage gaps or staffing concerns.
  5. Support staff in maintaining a structured, safe and therapeutic environment.
  1. Review and ensure completion of shift notes detailing significant events, staffing updates, client concerns, and any incidents.
  2. Maintain clear communication with incoming/outgoing leaders to ensure continuity of care and operations.
  3. Assist with crisis interventions.
  4. Work independently and as a member of the team.
  5. Communicate effectively with the individual, staff, and others.
  6. Participate in team meetings.
  7. Maintain client confidentiality in adherence to HIPPA regulations.
  8. Complete and oversee clinical documentation of all services, interventions, and

client-related activities. Maintain this documentation in accordance with the standards of

SEIC.

  1. Other duties as assigned.


SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Ensure that the facility functions smoothly during assigned shift.
  2. Inform consumers about benefits, community resources, and services.
  3. Assist consumers with obtaining resources and services.
  4. Consult with other treatment staff
  5. Work a varied shift when necessary.
  6. Maintain the confidentiality of SEIC and the patients/clients that the corporation serves.

  1. Strong educational skills.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills
  3. Strong daily and community integration skills.
  4. Strong behavior and crisis intervention, monitoring, and anticipatory skills.
  5. Ability to manage staff and client needs in a fast-paced environment
  6. Ability to refer and link recipient to diverse resources (including natural supports, community supports and paid resources.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position can involve overseeing support staff


Qualifications:

Education/Experience

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in human services-preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
  • Experience working in a Human Services field.
  • Clear Healthcare Registry report.
