Cocktail Server

Silverado Sales INC is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our onsite team in Lincoln, NE.

Position Summary

As a Cocktail Server, you will deliver friendly, attentive service to guests while helping create a welcoming, positive experience. You’ll take drink orders, serve cocktails and beverages efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized service area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being dependable and professional at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, present drink options, and take accurate orders

• Serve cocktails and other beverages according to established service standards

• Monitor guest needs during service, check for satisfaction, and respond to requests in a timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness of bar/serving areas, including proper glassware handling and general tidiness

• Support team workflow by assisting with restocking supplies and communicating with other staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in an energetic, guest-focused environment

• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor

• Ability to perform serving duties in a fast-paced setting

• Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to follow service and workplace expectations

• Comfort working in an onsite team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, or beverage service

• Familiarity with responsible serving practices and basic beverage service procedures

• Experience handling high-volume guest interactions while maintaining accuracy and composure

• Knowledge of common drink preparations and menu-driven service

Compensation

Hourly rate: $3.00 + tips
