Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Chattanooga, TN

We’re excited to launch our new Lawn Squad location in Chattanooga, and we’re building a motivated, energetic team from the ground up! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have a friendly, customer-focused personality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Lawn Technician, you’ll be the face of our company—delivering great results, building relationships with homeowners, and helping grow a brand people trust.

Schedule

• Our season starts the beginning of Feburary so paid training begins the week of January 19th.
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

What You’ll Do

• Service 20-25 lawns per day with efficiency and care
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
• Communicate confidently with customers and identify service opportunities
• Meet daily production goals as part of a supportive, team-oriented crew
• Operate Zero Turn equipment and lawn application tools (paid training provided)

'05; Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry 50-pound bags repeatedly
• Ability to work long days outdoors, including in heat and varying weather conditions
• Clean driving record and ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
• Pass state licensing test

Preferred Qualifications

• Lawn care or application experience (a plus, but not required)
• Zero Turn mower experience (a plus)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional attitude with a customer-service or sales mindset
