Cleveland Construction is hiring a Project Superintendent to work alongside an established team on a high-profile commercial project in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on role is ideal for a leader who takes ownership of the job site, and delivers safe, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily on-site construction operations
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
Maintain project documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of commercial construction experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
OSHA 30 Certified preferred
5+ years’ experience with Adaptive Reuse or Historic Renovation projects preferred
