Senior Representative, Customer Service - Orthopaedics

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Join a growing team supporting robotic-assisted orthopedic surgeries. This role involves reviewing CT scans, creating 3D anatomical bone models, and developing pre-operative surgical plans for total hip and knee replacement procedures using specialized software.

Responsibilities:

• Review CT scans for protocol compliance
• Create and manage cases in a proprietary system
• Generate 3D bone models from CT imaging
• Develop and review pre-operative surgical plans
• Ensure accuracy of anatomical landmarks and implant positioning
• Upload completed plans and maintain documentation
• Meet quality and productivity standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of work experience or an Associate's degree (or higher)
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in radiology, CT, MRI, or X-ray
• Anatomy coursework
• Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Graphic design background
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Additional Information: This is an onsite position and is not eligible for remote work. Overtime opportunities are common due to business demand, and occasional mandatory overtime may be required.
