Key Responsibilities

Laundry Operations: Wash, dry, iron, fold, and sort hotel linens, towels, and guest clothing according to hotel standards.

Stain and Damage Management: Pre-treat stains, perform minor sewing repairs, and report damaged items.

Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain washers, dryers, and ironing equipment safely; clean dryer filters and ensure all machinery is functional.

Inventory and Supplies: Track laundry detergents, sewing kits, and other supplies; ensure proper stock levels.

Distribution: Deliver clean linens to guest rooms or housekeeping carts and collect soiled laundry from rooms.

Housekeeping Support: Assist with general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning public areas, vacuuming corridors, and maintaining a safe work environment.
