Assisted Living Facility is seeking an experienced Med Room Supervisor to join our team!
Hedgewood Assisted Living is looking for a Med Room Supervisor to become part of an intricate, interdisciplinary team, to manage the medications for our residents. The ideal candidate, must be detailed oriented and strong at multi-tasking in order to oversee the medication room. The incumbent would handle residents condition changes, communicate effectively with physician and facility discharge coordinators, assess residents need for referral to a physician or specialist. On call services may be required.
Job Requirements:
Must have HS diploma and med room experience Clinical experience in home care or an assisted living setting
Excellent judgment and decision making skills
