Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing tires on passenger vehicles, light trucks, and commercial vehicles while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
- Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for wear and damage.
- Perform tire pressure checks and adjustments.
- Install and service TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems).
- Safely operate tire-changing and balancing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance as needed.
- Provide professional customer service and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous tire technician or automotive service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
