Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Coachable, consistent, and motivated to succeed
- Have a valid WA Property & Casualty Insurance License (or be willing to obtain one)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Career-focused and eager to learn our proven system
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools a plus
- Must be able to work in-office in Issaquah, WA
