A well-established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated General Dentist to join its growing team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM


Compensation

  • Competitive compensation based on a percentage of collections
  • $50,000 Five-Year Retention Bonus awarded after five years of continuous employment

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility for licensure
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality dentistry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current BLS and CPR certifications


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of dental conditions affecting oral health
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations using radiographs and other diagnostic tools
  • Develop and present treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
  • Deliver preventive services, including patient education and oral health counseling
  • Coordinate with dental laboratories to ensure accurate and timely treatment outcomes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide exceptional patient care
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations, infection control protocols, and all applicable safety standards
