Activity Aide Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents
Encourage socialization and participation in activities, promoting independence and a sense of community
Assist with supervising and conducting activities, including physical exercises, crafts, and games
Maintain accurate records and reports of activity participation and resident progress
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
Activity Aide Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be available to work every other weekend
Must be available to work some holidays
