Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties to support daily manufacturing operations
- Assist with assembly, material handling, packaging, and production tasks as assigned
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Inspect products and materials for quality as needed
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience
- Experience using basic hand tools
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
