Full-Time | Ages 3–5 | Creative Curriculum Based

• Design and lead daily lessons using Creative Curriculum, fostering literacy and foundational skills

• Build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom where children feel seen, heard, and supported

• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate, play-based learning

• Track and assess children’s progress through observations and tools aligned with state standards

• Partner with families to support each child’s growth both in school and at home

• Tailor your teaching to meet the needs of all learners — including those with special needs

• Stay current on best practices through ongoing professional development

• (Optional) Use Montessori-inspired practices to build independence and encourage self-guided learning

• Candidates must have experience using the Creative Curriculum in an early childhood classroom setting.

• A P-3 Certification or Certificate of Eligibility (Preschool through 3rd Grade)

• At least 1 year of lead teaching experience in an early childhood setting

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills

• A deep love for working with preschoolers and helping them shine

• Communication skills that are as warm as they are effective — with both children and adults

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!
