PCA / HHA – Adult Care Facility

We are seeking NYS certified PCAs and HHAs to provide personal care and support for our

residents.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily care needs

- Provide companionship and promote independence

- Document services and changes in condition

Requirements:

- NYS PCA or HHA certification

- Compassionate and reliable

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends
