Bristol Family Center seeks a motivated and versatile individual to fill the role of an on-call substitute early childhood teacher. We offer a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

What You'll Do
- Fill in for absent teachers during classes and breaks, ensuring continuity of care and education
- Maintain compliance with our center's policies and state regulations, upholding the highest standards of early education
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment by maintaining an adequate staff-to-child ratio
- Foster effective communication with colleagues, promoting a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Must clear full background check, including fingerprints
- Must obtain Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to become trained)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as basic computer skills
- Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to become trained)
- High energy and the ability to work well with others, and to foster a team environment
- 3 letters of reference
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of Vermont's Mandatory Reporter Training
- Successful completion of Vermont's Orientation Training
