Propane Driver & Service Technician

Top Ag Cooperative is looking for a dedicated, safety-minded Propane Driver & Service Technician to join our team in Venedy, IL. In this role, you'll deliver propane and provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and agricultural propane systems - directly supporting the local farmers and communities we serve. What You'll DoSafely deliver propane and install, inspect, and maintain customer tanks and systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot propane system issues for residential and agricultural customersRespond to service calls, including after-hours emergencies when neededAccurately complete work orders, tank leases, and billing documentationProvide prompt, courteous customer service and keep customers informed on safe product handlingMaintain vehicles, tools, and facilities to high safety and cleanliness standardsUphold and promote safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company policies) What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid Class A or B CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements1+ years of experience in propane, HVAC, or a related service/delivery field preferredCETP certification required within 6 months of hire; NH3 Competent Attendant Training requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailEffective communicator - verbal and writtenAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditionsWillingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Why Top Ag?At Top Ag Cooperative, our team members live our core values every day:Honesty & integrity in everything we doDedication to hard work and caring for our teammates and growersAccountability and taking initiative to make Top Ag the bestBringing expertise and professionalism to every job
