Automotive Salesperson

We are expanding and looking for motivated and disciplined Sales Associates. Previous experience is not required. The ideal candidate has a high-school diploma or equivalent education. The candidate should have a winning attitude with a proven track record. The candidate will have strong customer service skills and maintain themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Candidate must also be driven by self-improvement, and willing to put in the extra effort to exceed their own goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience Preferred, but not necessary
• Able to meet and maintain manufacturer training requirements
• Professional Appearance and customer service ability
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a background and driver check (Review on a case by case basis)
• Excellent people skills
• Computer knowledge, ability to learn Customer Relations Management (CRM)
• Excellent telephone skills
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to be on feet 80% of shift
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, late nights, and some holidays.
• Self-Motivated, Disciplined and Driven.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and understand a wide variety of vehicles
• Safely drive vehicles of all sizes both automatic and standard transmissions
• Works without constant supervision
• Perform other duties and responsibilities and assigned.
