Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate service calls for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams. This role is critical in ensuring efficient scheduling, timely response, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls
• Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
• Monitor technician progress and provide real-time support
• Handle incoming calls, service requests, and emergency dispatches
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, invoices, and customer interactions
• Work closely with field technicians and management to optimize operations

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching or customer service experience (preferred in HVAC/plumbing/electrical)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dispatch software and basic computer skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
