We're growing and looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join us.Position: Employment Support As an Employment Support Specialist, you'll provide hands-on job coaching and ongoing support to individuals with disabilities, helping them succeed in their workplace roles and grow toward long-term independence.What You'll DoProvide on-the-job training and support aligned with employer expectations for quality, productivity, and professionalismBuild positive relationships with employers, supervisors, and coworkers to support workplace inclusionAdvocate for participants while encouraging self-advocacy and independenceDevelop strategies that support long-term success and job retentionMonitor progress and maintain accurate documentation, including case notes and billable hoursAssist with employment readiness, including resumes, interview prep, and travel trainingCoordinate services with families, employers, state agencies, and other providersProvide transportation to work sites as neededMaintain flexible scheduling to meet participant needs, including evenings and weekendsTraining & CertificationComplete ACRE certification or state-approved job coach training within 6 monthsParticipate in ongoing training to maintain skills and best practicesNo prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training and mentorshipPay, Benefits & PerksStarting Pay: $23.00/hr (full-time & part-time)Training Pay: $18.00/hrBonus Incentive: $300 after 90 days + $300 after ACRE certification ($600 total)Health Benefits: Medical insurance or $200/month stipendPaid Time Off: For full-time employeesRetirement: 3% 401(k) match after 90 daysExtras: Cell phone stipend & mileage reimbursementStudent Loan Assistance: $50/monthReferral Bonuses: Up to $500 for you and your referralPerformance-based bonuses when organizational goals are metFlexible scheduling across West Hawaiʻi (Kailua-Kona, Captain Cook, Waikoloa, and surrounding areas)Supportive team culture with regular ʻohana eventsMentorship and internal promotion opportunitiesQualifications18 years or olderHigh School Diploma/GED or ability to demonstrate key skills.CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtainReliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving recordTuberculosis clearance (we'll help you with this)LocationKailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi, and surrounding areasHiring ProcessApply - Submit your applicationPhone Screen (30 min) - Casual conversationInterview (60 min) - Meet our hiring teamContingent OfferOnboarding & Meet-and-GreetFirst Day - Start making an impactReady to Make a Difference?At Full Life, this is more than a job - it's meaningful work with purpose.
