Bartender

Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide guest experiences at our beachfront restaurant. Great bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage plus tips. Our 2025 season runs from May-October.ResponsibilitiesPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurants patronsInteract with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers´ needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customers' identifications and confirm it meets the legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all beverage regulationsSkillsResume and proven working experience as a bartenderExcellent knowledge of mixing, blending, garnishing, and serving drinksExperience with POS systems, preferably TOASTPositive to keep the bar organized, stocked, and cleanRelevant state-approved alcohol awareness trainingBenefits: Discounts on parking, food, drinks, and entertainment!
