EP Lab Manager
Job Description
A 371-bed acute care hospital in Austin, TX is seeking a Director of Electrophysiology Lab to lead a dedicated, high-volume electrophysiology program operating six fully functioning EP labs, with a seventh lab under construction.
The role. This director oversees day-to-day clinical operations across the EP Lab, Pre & Post Surgical areas, and an AFIB Center, leading a team of 54–61 FTEs that includes two supervisors and one Clinical Nurse Coordinator. The director supervises nursing and support personnel to coordinate patient flow and ensure quality patient outcomes, and conducts personnel performance appraisals including the establishment of individual goals for each employee. This role carries responsibility for ensuring compliance with nursing standards of care, verifying that patient records and charges are complete and accurate on a daily basis, and participating in budget and inventory control.

Schedule. Full-time, days, no weekends.
Compensation. $130,998 - $130,998 per year plus $15,000 sign-on bonus
