Beyond Autism Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We are a collaborative organization providing high-quality ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services to children on the Autism Spectrum.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will play an important role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs and supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Review clinical data and monitor client progress

  • Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Provide parent and caregiver training

  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical collaboration

  • Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment data

  • Promote client safety, confidentiality, and dignity

  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications
  • Master's degree required

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • LBS in the State of Pennsylvania required
