Beyond Autism Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We are a collaborative organization providing high-quality ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services to children on the Autism Spectrum.

As a BCBA, you will play an important role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs and supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities include:
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Review clinical data and monitor client progress
Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide parent and caregiver training
Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical collaboration
Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements
Deliver high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment data
Promote client safety, confidentiality, and dignity
Maintain professionalism and ethical standards

QualificationsMaster's degree required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
LBS in the State of Pennsylvania required
