On behalf of our mechanical contracting client, we’re seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Sales Representative to join their team in the Bozeman, Montana area. This is a high-impact sales role focused on building and managing customer relationships, promoting HVAC service solutions, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with proven service sales experience—HVAC or other service based industries—will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and expand existing accounts by selling HVAC service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Conduct sales presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless installation and service delivery.
• Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance to management.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven success in service sales, with measurable results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting presentations, cold calls, and in-person client visits.
• Ability to learn and understand technical HVAC service offerings quickly.
