Qualifications:Must be able to demonstrate all competitive swimming skillsSkilled in planning and conducting swim practicesAbility to maintain timely and accurate reportsExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively work and communicate with co-workers, parents and team membersAbility to coach evening hours two practices a week and coach meets on some Saturdays.
