School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Description
Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring! We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in a school-based setting.
What You'll DoDevelop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each student's needs.
Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and develop appropriate treatment goals.
Create and implement behavior intervention plans.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, families, and other professionals.
Provide parent, caregiver, and staff training as appropriate.
Monitor student progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.
Support students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.

Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
TN LBA.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
