Were looking for an Agency Talent & Growth Specialist to join our district team and help recruit talent for insurance agencies across Connecticut.
This is more than a traditional recruiting position. Youll work directly with candidates, agency owners, and district leadership to identify great talent, introduce candidates to career opportunities, and help build the teams that power local insurance agencies.
No insurance experience? No problem. Were open to entry-level candidates who are motivated, organized, personable, and eager to learn. Well provide the training and resources you need to become successful in the role.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Recruit & Source Talent: Identify and connect with potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, outreach, and other recruiting resources.
- Build Relationships: Develop relationships with candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of potential insurance professionals across Connecticut.
- Promote Career Opportunities: Help candidates understand the different career paths available within the insurance industry, from entry-level sales positions to agency leadership and ownership opportunities.
- Conduct Candidate Screens: Conduct phone and virtual interviews to learn about candidates' backgrounds, goals, communication skills, and career interests.
- Coordinate the Hiring Process: Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, communicating next steps, gathering information, and keeping candidates engaged.
- Partner With Agency Owners: Work directly with insurance agency owners and leadership to understand their hiring needs and help identify candidates who fit their teams.
- Coach Candidates: Help candidates prepare for interviews and understand what to expect throughout the hiring process.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively develop a network of candidates so agencies have access to strong talent when positions become available.
- Support Multiple Agencies: Recruit for agencies throughout Connecticut, giving you exposure to different agency environments, teams, and career opportunities.
- Track Recruiting Activity: Maintain accurate candidate records, follow up with prospects, and monitor recruiting activity and results.
Requirements

You do not need to be an experienced recruiter or insurance professional to succeed in this role.

Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, staffing, human resources, insurance, or business development experience is a plus but not required.
