Elite Solution Organization is hiring Class A CDL Drivers in Charlotte, NC 28209 for a dedicated linehaul operation. Home every other day, dedicated year-round freight, and 100% no-touch drop & hook loads.

- Drivers typically depart one day and return the next
- Most routes provide home every other day
- Full-time, year-round work
Current schedules are being finalized and are expected to include:
- 2 days on / 2 days off
OR - 4 days on / 2 days off
Routes are designed to provide consistent home time while meeting customer needs.
Pay & Benefits- Earn $21–$24/hour with weekly pay, consistent linehaul miles, and predictable home time.

- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- CDL-A driving experience
