Our team of dedicated professionals, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), work together to provide evidence-based treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We're now seeking a dedicated RBT to join our team in Raleigh, NC.
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA
Running skill acquisition programs for communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior regulation
Collecting accurate session data and completing session notes on time
Being a consistent, positive presence in your client's day
Responding to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures
Requirements
Active RBT certification through the BACB, or completed 40-hour RBT training and ready to sit for the exam
Hands-on experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism (direct 1:1 experience, not observation only)
Weekday afternoon availability
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to complete background clearances required for working with children
Physically able to sit on the floor, kneel, move quickly, and safely respond to challenging behavior
What We Offer
