Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments for service technicians, maintaining records in our CRM, assisting with billing inquiries, and conducting satisfaction checks. You'll also promote Colonial's services and preventativemaintenance programs while upholding our core values: Integrity, Flexibility, Mindfulness, Excellence, Innovation, and Enjoyment.
