A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA SERVICE TECHNICIANEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Provide service and maintenance to trailers and vehiclesMaintain inventory of spa parts on the vehicle and in the store organized, labeled, and stockedProvide water tests for customersProvide service to customers in local areaAssist local store sales team when necessaryProvide technical support to customersAssist in setting up shows and show room at local storeMaintain and submit expense reports monthlyCommunicate local needs with service manager to improve the customer experienceMaintain local service schedule, detailed notes of service provided, close service tickets, and collect payments from customersSchedule local service calls with the customerAssist with general maintenance needs for the local store facilityShip replaced warranty parts to Bullfrog manufacturing facilityUnload the spas from the trucks and put into inventory in the building Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
